It can be quite expensive to purchase valves with GWC Valve Inc.; however, it is accompanied with a warranty for up to 3 years and free maintenance. In comparison, it’s a major bargain to go with GWC Valve Inc. instead of their competitors. Their competitors offer relatively the same product but their personnel are not properly trained to help select the best valve for the specific job; whereas GWC Valve is. With their team, who received specialized training, they have the advantage in securing sales and contractual deals over their competitors because they make sure their staff knows how to explain the product and have discussions with clients. That’s what makes a great marketer, knowing how to focus on your strengths and/or using a comparative advantage to sell the product in a small market. In the end, it’s whoever is able to explain the product or send its message across properly, wins. For instance, if someone came to me to sell a product I already know where I can purchase it, they would have to impress me by explaining me some important features I may not already know. I’d expect them to strike a discussion and expect them to hold their own quite well until I make a decision. Well-trained and informed staff goes a long way when it comes to selling a good or a service.

The premium price wasn’t only for service; it was also for the product itself. They have their own unique designs for specifics tasks they need valves to perform efficiently. The competitors do the same as GWC Valve Inc. but the main difference is build quality. Hence why they provide 3-year warranty, because nothing ever breaks down and if it does, it was probably do to some faulty installation or a lemon of a product. Their competitors may perform the same task; however, it usually doesn’t last longer than a year and a half. In addition, it requires scheduled maintenance.
